This picture was the DP of a friend on WA. I saw it during a difficult period in my life.
It really really struck a chord deep within me.
Do i really do what is good for my soul ? Have i ever done anything which is good for my soul - well, i obviously have...all of us have. But, do we realise that it was good for our soul...or if it is generally good for our life.
The distinction is fine - and most of us will miss it.
I think i miss it all the time.
I mean, i will eat sweets as and when i feel like it. Is that to feed my body, satisfy a craving or help my soul ?
Well...it probably didn't do anything for my soul.
I'm still searching for an answer - what is good for my soul ?
